• POP, UPS Monitoring (Event/logs) using solar wind/MRTG.
• Interaction with O&M team for fiber restoration within defined SLA.
• Coordinate with corporate clients or vendors.
• Diagnose and resolve technical network issues involving Data and internet connectivity
• Coordinate emergency restoration activities in outage situations.
• Making decisions at run time and get the things going on smoothly.
Learning by means of Site Surveying as well as accessing remotely in Switching, Transmission and Wireless departments.
